Grooming room
Grooming
Grooming, de-shedding and drop-in nail trims in the grooming room on the K9MR property, one mile north of Victor.
Chapter 01
A first haircut, handled patiently
Grooming at K9 Mountain Resorts happens in a grooming room on the same property as the kennel, at 7313 South Highway 33, one mile north of Victor. The room handles full grooms, de-shedding and drop-in nail trims.
First grooms are a big part of the Google reviews. Michelle M. brought a doodle adopted from the local PAWS shelter for her very first haircut and was asked for a photo of the style she wanted: “They asked us for a photo of the style we were looking for, and they nailed it perfectly!”
Bring that photo. A picture of the cut you have in mind settles more than a paragraph of description.
Grooming room with plank walls, a grooming table, a tub and a gilt mirror
The tub, the table and the mirror
The room is plank walls under a beam, a grooming table, a tub, drawers and a gilt mirror. Michelle M. wrote that “The whole salon is clearly designed with dogs in mind, and it was a comfortable and welcoming environment.”
Nails do not need a full appointment. Ilene NeVille called to ask about nail trimming and wrote: “They do drop in nail trimming which is so convenient.” The trim is clippers first, then the dremel to smooth the edges.
Skin that needs more than a bath has its own page, the Thera-Clean microbubble bath, and it pairs with a groom.
Chapter 03
Booking a groom, and the fine print
Text or call (208) 607-9509 to book. Please do not bring dogs in heat, and let K9MR know whether your dog is fixed. A card on file is required for every booking.
Give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged the full price of the booked service, per pet.
Teton Valley owners from Victor, Driggs and Tetonia come in, and so do owners from over the hill. Aspen Jacquet wrote, “I live over the hill in Jackson WY.” Leash your dog and keep them under control at check-in, and payment is due on completion of services.
Grooming is booked by text or call at (208) 607-9509, in the grooming room on the K9 Mountain Resorts property on Highway 33, one mile north of Victor.

A coat that itches or smells is a different job from a haircut. Read about the Thera-Clean microbubble bath, or text (208) 607-9509 with your dog's name and the style you have in mind.
