Three steps before your dog’s first night
Every new dog goes through the same gate before it goes through the white one. It is the 3-step Pet Parent Assurance Protocol, and it takes an account, a text and a read.
- 1
Create a Pawfinity account
Your dog’s record lives in K9MR’s Pawfinity portal, so the account comes first.
- 2
Book a Meet & Greet with Tracy
Text Tracy at (208) 607-9509 and set a time to bring your dog by. Every new dog meets him before the first stay.
- 3
Review K9MR Policies & Procedures
Read them before check-in. The full Pet Parent Assurance Agreement is reviewed at pre check-in.
Your Pawfinity account is at the K9 Mountain Resorts Pawfinity page, and the meet and greet is a text to (208) 607-9509. Boarding is quite often full, so ask about dates in the same message.
The house rules, in plain words
These are the policies K9MR publishes for boarding and daycare. The full agreement is reviewed with you at pre check-in.
Check-in and check-out. Please have your dog on a leash and under control. Payment is due on completion of services.
