Chapter 01
Daycare is the day-only stay
Daycare at K9 Mountain Resorts is a day at the kennel on Highway 33, one mile north of Victor, run on the same footing as a boarding stay. Dogs play in rotated groups, the water stays fresh all day, and the playmates are vaccinated.
Two things get settled before the first day. Tell Tracy whether your dog is fixed, and keep any dog in heat at home. Proof of rabies vaccine may be required upon request. New dogs start with a meet and greet with Tracy, booked by text at (208) 607-9509.

A day on two published windows
Drop off is 9 to 11 AM and pick up is 5 to 7 PM. The office is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed on Sunday. A day of daycare is $35.
Payton Diers is on the daycare team. Payton moved to Teton Valley from Bozeman MT in May, is dog mom to Hutch, and snowboards, hikes and fly fishes.
The daycare itself is new, part of the kennel's expansion of its boarding and daycare facilities. The announcement says it the way the staff felt it: “Woof-Woof Hooray New Daycare For Us!”
Chapter 03
When a day turns into a night
The rule is written plainly in the rates: “If not picked up same day and the dog stays the night, Boarding rate applies ($45 or $90 by pick-up time).” That is why the 5 to 7 PM window matters.
Boarding is $45 per day, and check-in morning counts as one day while check-out night counts as one day. A dog collected inside the window is a $35 day. A dog who stays over is a boarding stay.
If a late pick-up is possible, text Tracy at (208) 607-9509 before drop-off. Boarding is quite often full, so the answer is better to have ahead of time than at the gate.
